Hi, I recently installed coot 0.8.1-pre (revision 5441). I can't validate structures (for example: Ramachandran Plot, Geometry analysis, peptide omega analysis and so on). For your information, I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. I am hoping for help.
