[COOT] Copy NCS residue range

In Extensions->NCS->Copy NCS Residue Range the first window asks for the Master 
chain, but this seems not to work. As far as I can see, you have to set the 
Master Chain in the Draw->NCS Ghost Control window

This looks like a bug, I think
