[COOT] coot validation keywords

I changed the operating system automatically from ubuntu 12.04 to Ubuntu 14.04.
My version of COOT is still working but the "validate"  routine doesn't work 
properly, I can't open the ramachandran plot, the geometry analysis .. and also 
the HID "scrollwheel", "Attach scroll wheel to which map ?" doesn't show me 
anything. 
What's the problem ?
What I have to do ?
