Hi Mark, Not sure how to turn that depiction off but its a feature of latest Coot versions and not drawn by Phenix. Its active irrespective of wheather coot is connected to phenix or was called by CCP4i.

Or are these drawn by Phenix? I am working with the released 0.8.8 EL version of Mac OS 10.11. Thanks, Mark _________________________________ Mark A.
