Hi all, I can’t seem to get Coot to run on my computer. I can start to launch it, but the GUI never opens and the icon says that Coot is not responding. I suspect that this is because I’ve upgraded my MacOS. Has anyone else seen this issue?
macOS: 10.12.6 X11: 2.7.11 Coot: 0.8.8 and 0.8.7 I tried downloading the stand alone packages (0.8.8 and 0.8.7) and the Fink installation. I also installed it through the CCP4 download.
