Hey! I'm calculating the density-score-residue of each residue in a structure using the Scheme scripting in Coot. I wanted to ask a couple of questions:
1) What is the difference between the density-score-residue function and the score-residue-range-fit-to-map function and what is displayed on the bars upon doing Validate -> Density Fit Graphs? 2) Further, if the average value of density-score-residue for a structure is ~20 versus a structure for which this average density-score-residue value is 2, does that mean that the first structure is much more accurately modeled?
