Hello. I am using Coot 0.8.8 for practical reasons that, admittedly, may need to be sidestepped and the newest build installed if there is no quicker fix within 0.8.8.
That said, I would like to call "FLEV this residue" for a ligand in a model I am examining. I have done it before, months ago, using previous versions (e.g. 0.8.2) on my Mac Book Pro, but perhaps I've forgotten how to do it correctly, other than to navigate to Ligand -> FLEV this residue when centered on the residue (the ligand) of interest. The output of the terminal, when I do this, is " oops failure to construct rdkit molecule " Have you advice on how I might get it working in 0.8.8?
