Hi All,

Is there a way to measure the distance between an atom and another atom in
symmetry mate models? I tried to measure the distance usually by clicking two
atoms, coot only gave very long distance between the two atoms in ASU, even
though the distance between the atom and another atom in symmetry is very
close.

You could try saving the symmetry molecule (File: save symmetry coordinates,
then click on an atom in the symmetry model). Then load it back in as a new
molecule (without recentering), turn off symmetry display to avoid confusion,
and measure the distance.
