Hi all, I’m working on a structure that has 1 molecule in the ASU, but in two distinct conformations. I constrained altloc A to be one model (0.34 occupancy after refinement) and altloc B (0.66 occ) to be the other. Even though I could use the occupancy to check each model I’m dealing with, it would be great if I could color code bonds based on altloc or occupancy, is it feasible?
