Hi all, I installed the newest version of WinCoot-0.8.9.2 on Windows10. The option "Merge molecules" works in a wired way. It works when I "get monomer" like EDO form the base and then merge it with protein but DOESN'T work when I am trying to "get monomer" GOL and merge it with protein. Coot at the processing with GOL closes automatically after pressing merge button.
