ProSMART restrains does not work with lower-case chain IDs. Perhaps the coot scripts could swap the chain IDs to facilitate easy access to restraints for large complexes. (Yes, I know that lower-case chain IDs are not really part of the PDB standard, but it is quite convenient.)
