Hi all,
Thanks Paul Bond and Paul Emsley for the input regarding refining disjoint
ranges of residues.
Self-restrains are very useful for cryo-EM refinements with large-scale motions
at intermediate to low resolution. Now I would like to delete all restraints
between two residues that form long-range contacts that I do not want to
restrain. I considered "delete-extra-restraints-for-residue" ("Extras" ->
"Delete Restraint for this residue") but I want to keep the short-range (in
sequence) restrains for the residues, just delete the specific long-range (in
sequence) restraints. In the menus, there is an option "Extras" -> "Delete an
Extra Restraint..." But I don't understand how to use it. I tried clicking the
line and either of the atoms connected by the line but nothing seemed to
happened. And also, I would like to avoid having to click on all the lines.
Preferably, it would be useful to have a solution to remove all restraints
between two ranges/lists of residues.
Regards,
Daniel
