Hi All, I recently installed Windows subsystem for linux on my Windows 10 laptop running Ubuntu 18.04.2 using Xming as the X server. I've installed ccp4-7.0. My problem is coot. When I launch it I notice in the terminal the following errors:
libGL error: No matching fbConfigs or visuals found libGL error: failed to load driver: swrast The GUI comes up, but the graphics window doesn't move with the GUI, and moving the GUI leaves artifacts. Going full-screen does not help. I've tried to google an answer to the libGL errors but haven't found a fix that works after installing a lot of libraries. I always see those two error messages and the graphics windows acts funny. Does anyone have experience with WSL and coot that could lend me some advice? I'd be happy to provide addition details if required.
