Like so many of us, I'm sure, I'm doing a lot of work in coot on my home desktop. I'm using 0.8.9.3-pre rev 8011 from Bill Scott. When I try to open Glyco>N-linked Glycan Addition, I get the message:

I do all my refinement on a server back in the lab, so I don't have other crystallographic software installed here, in case this is a dependency issue. Is this a bug in OS X coot, or is there something I can do to fix it locally?

Sorry, I just saw this message - I don't know why... I saw this or a related problem with Bill Scott Coot recently myself (not due to Bill Scott - the problem is in the Coot, not the packaging).

For now, I suggest the CCPEM build which has a different implementation of LO/Carb.
