I do all my refinement on a server back in the lab, so I don't have
other crystallographic software installed here, in case this is a
dependency issue. Is this a bug in OS X coot, or is there something I
can do to fix it locally?
Sorry, I just saw this message - I don't know why... I saw this or a
related problem with Bill Scott Coot recently myself (not due to Bill
Scott - the problem is in the Coot, not the packaging).
For now, I suggest the CCPEM build which has a different implementation
of LO/Carb.
