Hi Jing Liu - The Custom menu you're talking about is probably from Oli Clarke's coot-trimmings script.

In both coot version, I could not find the "custom" on the top panel of the menu. I want to use the build/mutate/merge functions etc from it. Can anyone give me some idea of how can I fix the problem or where can I find the function "build/mutate/merge" in coot? Thanks.
