Hi, I have built a DNA into a cryoEM map and I want to change the directionality of the chain. Is there a simple Coot option that I can use or do I have to build the model again. Another question is can Coot add DNA in booth directions, 5' and 3 ', if so how to reverse the directionality while baton building. Many Thanks Manoj Saxena
