Dear Coot users, I installed the stand-alone pre-compiled Coot (0.8.9.3 revision 8011) in my macOS Catalina (version 10.15.7). But it doesn't read the ~/.coot file during startup, and I am not sure why. Did I miss anything? Btw, the ~/.coot file can be loaded by the coot (version 0.9) from ccp4 installation.
