Hello those who build coot themselves,

on Linux Debian bullseye, building coot has been failing. One of the
problems seems the compiler flag -Werror (which tells the compiler to
treat warnings as errors).

E.g. in the file
https://homepage.univie.ac.at/tim.gruene/coot_deb/bullseye/build-logs/Linux-fibonacci/gtk2-python-gcc-10_and_g++-10/11-guile.txt
line 762, gcc warns about the unused variable size_t. The options above
include -Werror, so that coot stops.

Since coot obviously builds on other systems, the flag 'Werror' is
maybe not set by the build-it script, but by my system - would anyone
know how to remove -Werror from the compile flags for building coot?

Cheers,
Tim
