Hi,
I followed this tutorial to add a NAG to my structure

My question is, how can I add another NAG to make a NAG chain?
This is the wrong question.
You googled "How to build N-linked glycans in Coot" and that was the most pertinent documentation that you
could find? That's a disappointment. Have another go, adding my name and Joosten or Crispin.
Anyway, try this:
Calculate -> Modules -> Carbohydrate
Then you have 2 choices, automatic and semi-automatic:
Glyco -> Add XYZ (e.g. Add High Mannose)
or
Glyco -> N-linked Glycan Addition...
From time to time you might need "Update for Current residue" - depends on how
you move around in Coot.
0.9.4 has adjusted weights, which may make things easier.
Paul.
