Of course now that this is fixed, I find another problem I wonder if you could help with. I noticed that I can't expand edit-->settings. There is no small triangle on the right to expand the menu to see the options. This is curious because I still have the triangles to expand next to Map Colour, Skeleton Parameters, and Background Colour in the Edit menu.
It seems that your username is not in the passwd file. That could be the problem. It's possible that that can be fixed by replacing hello.scm with an empty file. I will download the latest CCP4 and see if it behaves the same for me.
