Hello everyone, is there a coot-script that can sum the pixel values of a map in a spherical volume around a given pont?
I would like to provide the map(-number), the point's coordinates, and the radius of the sphere. The script should act on a difference map, and I would be interested in summing the positive and the negative values individually. Thanks a lot!
