Hello, I'm having a problem with viewing masks in Coot. I think it's related to the filtering that is reported in the console output:
re-filter Map statistics: mean: 0.5525 st.d: 0.4972 Pre-filter Map statistics: min: 0 max: 1 INFO:: n grid points: 249480 INFO:: mean before filtering: 0.5525 INFO:: variance before filtering: 0.2472 INFO:: filter by ignoring 137844 of 249480 counts ( = 55.25%) with values around 1 bounds 1 1 from bin-number 10000 of 10000 Post-filter Map statistics: mean: 5e-05 st.d: 1.54e-08 Is there a way to avoid this filtering?
