Hi, My Coot 0.9.8.7 was installed/upgraded on Mac Ventura through CCP4 packages. However, it recently gives me some crashing issues when trying to do real space refinement with about 10-amino acid range. Here is the crashing report in Terminal window. Is there anything I can do to avoid these crashes?
