Hi Folks, We finally installed Coot 1! We were waiting for it to be packaged by CCP4. However, it doesn't seem to work so well, so I think that's my fault. We used the linux package manager to install it. But that didn't change what "coot" pointed to. So I found coot1 as /ccp4-9/coot_py3/bin/coot . So I've been calling that. But I see it's not reading my preferences or keybindings from .coot-preferences. In fact, no keybindings, including the built-in ones, seem to work. Also, I can't get symmetry mates to show up, even when I turn the master switch on and click "symmetry always on".
Has anyone else experienced these issues?
