Thanks for the help in using coordinates to insert a typed atom with 'place_typed_atom_at_pointer' routine. But I get the following warning when I try to insert a water 'WARNING:: new atom addition blocked by nearby atom' and the insertion fails.
Is there a way to enforce inserting the atom into the coordinates I specify?
