I have CCP4 installed. Doing what you suggested and putting set
CLIBD_MON=C:\Users\georg\Documents\ccp4\CCP4\lib\data\monomers in the
"wincoot.bat" as below works.
I have two more things. How can I change that clicking and holding
leftmouse button I can rotate the map? In wincoot 1 it works with right
mouse button.
The classic keybindings seems to have been exchanged with shortcuts.
Can you add a refine, a triplerefine shortcut?

If you have CCP4 installed it should find it automatically if it doesn’t then
we (Andrey and I) need to fix this. (Win)Coot will search in the directories
specified by the environment variable
%CLIBD_MON%
Either should point to yourdirectory\lib\data\monomers so in your (old) case
C:\Users\georg\Documents\ccp4\CCP4\lib\data\monomers. You can either set this directory
globally in Windows or add this in the coot startup script "wincoot.bat".
Alternative use:
%COOT_REFMAC_LIB_DIR%
To point to yourdirectory\lib
There is also no .coot-preferences folder in ccot 1. Where should I put my
keybindings and will the old code work?
Preferences etc are reorganised and in different places in Coot 1 and have been
re-organised within yet again. This is "fixed" now (hopefully) and for WinCoot
will be in 1.11 (downloadable from Santa). Either way, scripts from (Win)Coot 0.9 wont
work as such in (Win)Coot 1. Since the former is python2 and the latter python 3. You may
be able to convert them...
