Hi, We would like to use map_peaks and map_peaks_near_point. Sometimes depending on the sigma value we enter we get a different set of points (I mean points that should be there and are replaced by others)
The manual says Return a list of map peaks of molecule number imol_map above n_sigma. There will be cluster filtering of the map peaks.
