Dear all,
I tried to use the HOLE tool (Measure menu) in Coot.
The Coot: HOLE interface opens just fine. There are buttons 'Set Start Point'
and 'Set End Point'.
But I just can't figure out how do i 'mark' the two points on the structure
(right click, left click, middle click, some keyboard combination + mouse
click...
Tried searching for a manual or instructions or coot mail list but I didn't
find anything.
Could someone point me in the right direction?

You move the view so that the centre of the screen is at the start
position and press "Start"
You move the view so that the centre of the screen is at the end
position and press "End"
