Yes, this is not a COPR problem per se, "only" a problem for COPR and
other mock users. Someone(TM) pushed RHEL packages signed by keys which
non-RHEL mock hosts cannot parse, because they wanted PQC signatures so
badly, at a time when not even sequoia appears to supports them.

There's nothing we can do. The problem is bad enough so that people are
looking for solutions, though.
