Thanks Ramya for runnning small job benchmark.
The attached patch has everything same as earlier patch, except that setupJob
is done by JobClient instead of first task launched. Because, before the first
task does a setup job another start could start execution which would make it
fail. So, Now JobClient does the setupJob and Final reduce (final map if no
reduces) does the cleanpJob.
