I like the idea of making JobInProgress.totalAlloctedTasks be a synchronized
method. But making the JobTracker.totalAlloctedTasks be a synchronized method
might be bad because it violates locking hierarcy, right? I am assuming that
one cannot acquire the jobTracker lock is one already has the JobInProgress
lock. Do we really need to make JobTracker.totalAllocatedTasks be a
synchronized method?
