One more thing to consider is to consider what to do with the README file now.
Keeping two sources (the README file in source and the Forrest documentation)
is obviously troublesome. I would recommend having the Forrest documentation as
the source of truth, and if needed the README file can simply have these
contents:

The functionality of this scheduler is described in the Forrest documentation
