TestJobHistory fails intermittently with following error message:

file:/home/hudson/hudson-slave/workspace/Hadoop-Patch-vesta.apache.org/trunk/build/test/data/succeed/output1/_logs/history/localhost_1236132901323_job_200903040215_0001_hudson_test-job-succeed.recover
does not exist
One of the hudson builds with failure :

I saw the failure in local machine also some times.
