Resolution: Fixed
Release Note: Problem was calling recoverJobHistoryFile() from
logSubmitted() for user log file with wrong filename. Patch of 5328 solves this
issue too.
Resolving this issue as the patch of 5328 solves this issue too and it got
committed.
