Attachment: PendingReplication.patch
This patch
- introduces {{PendingReplicationBlocks.start()}};
- fixes warnings related to a use of generics in {{PendingReplicationBlocks}},
and
- reduces running time of {{TestPendingReplication}} by shortening block
expiration timeout to 3 sec from 10.
