Attachment: HADOOP-5188.patch
Attaching new version of the patch. It passes core-tests and hdfs-tests,
release audit and findbugs.
Fixed a bug related to the use of absolute versus relative patches when
comparing directories with URI.
Reduced the use of reflection thorough the patch by using a type field inside
each LoggingDevice.
