[9] RFR: Static build of libzip is missing JNI_OnLoad_zip entry point

Hello,

Please review the fix to the following issue:

The proposed fix is located at:

The fix is to simply bring the JNI OnLoad entry point back from 
ZipFile.c which was removed.
