Since both of us are non-native Enlish speakers, I'm going to define "calling out" as drawing critical attention to someone's unacceptable actions or behaviour. I think judging a contribution based on the contributor's payslip is unacceptable. Some of us might be payed by Oracle. Some by other commercial companies. Some of us don't even have payslips.
