Please review CSR [JDK-8350031](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8350031) 
and release note [JDK-8350042](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8350042). 
Also, this PR probably needs to be re-reviewed because I pushed a commit that 
contains some changed wording. (This change is already reflected in the CSR.)
