I ran all tests in `open/test/jdk` and `HashedPasswordFileTest` was the only 
failure which did not appear to be spurious (there were four apparently 
spurious failures in `java/awt/print`). `HashedPasswordFileTest` was modified 
in 0fef478 and now passes.
