Just for clarity you might want to update the PR description to state that this 
PR "annotates a single aot initializable class, jdk.internal.math.MathUtils 
(also the object hierarchy root class, Object.class, which has no associated 
aot initialization but is required for completeness)". More classes will be 
added in future PRs.

Also, the PR description refers to @AOTSafeAnnotation -- do you mean 
@AOTSafeClassInitializer?
