Yes, the "T" in "I128T" is similar to `int32_t` and `int64_t`. The reason is 
that I want the suffix to end with a letter, so that if we implement `CmpL3` 
for `int128_t`, its name become `CmpI128T3` instead of `CmpI1283`.
