(With great pain) I've discovered how to get and AudioUnit synth with multiple
outputs working.
It works, but it's showing up with 16 output busses in both Logic and Ableton.
I think I'm making all the right moves. AUVAL reports as follows:

Anyone suggestions as to which part of the undocumented maze of AudioUnit I
should be looking in? I'd rather like the hosts to only report a sensible
number of busses.
