What the difference between CB1?
The biggest defference is integration with plone. You willl be able to
add entry, category without accessing ZMI, add COREBlog2 as a Plone's
member folder, customize presentation with ZPT based skin etc...
Plone is a production level CMS. COREBlog2 users will receive benefit
of rich Plone features.

Did you plan to abandon Coreblog without Plone?
No.
I'll try to maintain COREBlog without Plone, as long as possible.
Serious security problem (if exist) will be fixed.
I don't think all the COREBlog1 users need to move into COREBlog2.
COREBlog2 is mainly for existing Plone user, I think.

Then the question is that COREBlog is not a priority for you?
Some of us are asking about captchas and this kind of things. Did you
plan to implement them?
Or you prefer COREBlog users to add features on it?
Have you any kind of roadmap for COREBlog?
Sorry for so much questions
