Intel Spec Finder (http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=27228) says it's 'PBGA479' which is soldered directly to the Board, so mPGA479M looked like the best fit. But the mFCPGA478 works without modifications, so we may use that. I have no problem changing the code to 478, i'm just not sure what the right Socket is.
