I'm not sure, but maybe there's something wrong with the fmap description file? Try to remove the offsets in squared.fmd to let it set automatically, as was done for the Kontron mal10 module: https://github.com/coreboot/coreboot/blob/master/src/mainboard/kontron/mal10/mal10.fmd
