Projects include mobility integration, revamping brand files, and several others. The candidate must be hands on project manager, one who knows enough about Siebel and Analytics to challenge the staff. He/she must have a track record of successfully implementing projects on time and on budget. They must understand the components of Siebel, from CRM to analytics to interfaces/integration. They are not looking for someone who manages by spreadsheet but rather someone who understands detail and works well in collaborating with the staff, someone who can break down roadblocks and can collaborate with other groups when necessary to complete tasks.
