REQUIREMENTS: *PM with xPression skills * Project Manager Xpression MS Project Planview Healthcare* ability to manage work with xPression * a letter generation utility - Manage application development projects that spanned across multiple IT and business teams *Independently manage complex programs or large enterprise technical projects, such as broad-based information systems, full life-cycle application development, building enterprise applications or data warehouse planning and development. Partner and engage the business and all IT areas as appropriate for scope review, design, risk/issue resolution, and implementation to avoid negative business impact and building solutions that do not meet enterprise standards Create or ensure the creation of robust project planning documents that anticipate and avoid issues, define a detailed work breakdown structure and provide time for managing dependencies. Provide timely, well-constructed status updates that provide visibility to important accomplishments, progress, issues, risks, and schedule changes Manage all known project issues and risks to resolution in a timely manner to minimize change requests and impact to the overall schedule and scope. Demonstrate an understanding of the project scope, business impact, risks and issues, the importance of each and contribute ideas to the discussions. Communicate any changes that negatively impact the business return on investment presented in the initial charter. Drives project forward to completion by transmitting a sense of urgency to all team members and keeping their attention on project deliverables and deadlines. Leading regular status checks, meetings, and reminders are essential.
