1. J2EE Java
a. Junior level would be 3+ years
b. Mid level would be 5+ years with solid analysis
c. Senior level would be 8+ years with Architecture 2. Solid experience
with JSF is mandatory 3. Solid Hibernate experience is mandatory 4. 2+ years
of XML / Webservices experience 5. Excellent communication skills is need
