As a Microsoft Dynamics Senior Software Developer reporting into the Client 
Services Technology Solutions team, you will develop CRM enabled solutions 
that delight and enable sales, service, and operations users globally 
across the organization.

Work with analysts, process engineers, and automation experts to assess 
functional requirements, and iteratively develop and release solutions that 
significantly improve business process flows and case management; simplify 
the user experience; increase the usage of automation, and ultimately 
enable sales and service teams to be tier serve the needs of clients by 
presenting relevant insights.

In your role, you will bring your passion for user-centered design and deep 
practical experience developing and delivering Dynamics CRM enabled solutions 
to every project and initiative with an objective of building a world-class 
platform for relationship management.

You are regarded as a technical expert of the MS Dynamics CRM platform with 
a proven track record of hands-on solution development on Dynamics CRM 2011 
and later versions, including configuration, integration, and development 
in the cloud.


*Qualifications:*
*         Minimum of 8 years of experience within delivering Microsoft Dynamics 
CRM solutions, or related solutions
*         Significant experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud 
product.
*         Experience in implementing CRM integrations to other systems 
using web services.
*         Experience building and maintaining Enterprise-level CRM 
solutions for business users across multiple geographies
*         Demonstrated understanding of architecture and building blocks of MS 
CRM DYNAMICS 365 and Unified Service Desk


*Essential Responsibilities:*
*         Work on an Agile team to design and develop technical solutions that 
meet user needs with respect to functionality, performance,
scalability, and reliability

*         Serve as a subject-mater expert (SME) for Dynamics CRM to enable 
software 
development best practices, data migration and conversion, data
integrity, system integrations, system performance and tuning

*         Develop technical specifications for Dynamics CRM ensuring a 
clear and complete understanding of the requirements for a successful 
deliver

*         Provide solution/Identify and recommend product customizations 
and enhancements to meet requirements using Dynamics CRM Solution.

*         Build prototypes using Rapid Development tools like Microsoft CRM 
Dynamics 
with integration with Custom .Net Solutions, Office 365, etc. based
on project requirements

*         Perform hands-on development to build, configure, integrate and 
deploy 
solutions Leads and conducts unit testing of applications solutions.

*         Participates in system and integration test; identifies and remedies 
solution defects
