Work with analysts, process engineers, and automation experts to assess functional requirements, and iteratively develop and release solutions that significantly improve business process flows and case management; simplify the user experience; increase the usage of automation, and ultimately enable sales and service teams to be tier serve the needs of clients by presenting relevant insights. In your role, you will bring your passion for user-centered design and deep practical experience developing and delivering Dynamics CRM enabled solutions to every project and initiative with an objective of building a world-class platform for relationship management.
